From the conclusions of the investigative commission{121} on the case of the provocateur Malinovsky, the following facts are established:

Both Dzhunkovsky and Rodzianka learned no later than May 7, 1914 that Malinovsky was a provocateur{122}.

Not one of these figures warned the political parties represented in the Duma, and first and foremost the Bolsheviks, of the provocateur in their midst!!

Is this not a crime?

Can one tolerate Dzhunkovsky and Rodzianka as unblemished citizens after this?

Let each political party reflect on this, let each one speak out!
