We are in agitation here in Zurich today: from 15 March there is a telegram in the *Zurcher Post* and in the *Neue Zurcher Zeitung* that on 14 March in Russia the revolution triumphed in Petersburg after 3 days of struggle, that 12 members of the Duma are in power, and all the ministers have been arrested.

If the Germans aren't lying, then it's true.

That Russia was in the final days before revolution these last few days—this is beyond doubt.

I am beside myself that I cannot go to Scandinavia!! I will not forgive myself that I did not dare to go in 1915!
