Dear Friend! I am sending you a resolution. Please read it and pass it on to both Guilbeaux and the German group.

This resolution (it has been adopted here by an assembly of the Left) 434 must be carried through all possible organizations, and if even a small party organization adopts it, send it officially both to the local party leadership and the central office
(Geschaftsleitung der sozialistischen Partei. Zurich. Volkshaus) with a demand that it be published.

I am terribly angry at Guilbeaux—tell him this—because he is not returning to me the draft statement against Grimm 435 (did he show it to you? Let him show it!).

If he doesn't want to sign it, then let him return it immediately.

Best regards.

Your Lenin
