# TO M. G. TSKHAKAIA

My dear comrade Mikha!

Thank you very much for your letter. I send regards, wishing you health and vigor.

Your V. Ulyanov

Regarding the telegram from Yeniseisk—it is necessary to inquire by letter. It's unthinkable to print based on guesses. One must obtain a letter.

I don't know whether it's worth printing the statement (in the Grimm matter). But if we print now, the text must be changed to a sharper one.

I am sending the German pamphlet of the Central Committee. Return it.

I am sending my article. Count precisely how much material there is now in total. A decision must be made about the rest. (If Yuri sends something, we'll have to answer him too, simply a disaster.)

Safarov's article didn't work out. In my opinion, advise him to rework it into a legal version (this is not difficult at all) for "Chronicle" or for "Volna." Wouldn't it be better to do this orally if you see him soon?

How to send to "Volna"? Directly and simply to their address? as a registered package? Is a new pseudonym agreed upon with them?

Send me the legal pamphlets of Plekhanov and Potresov.

I have written an inquiry to the expedition about "Neue Zeit."

This letter is a postscript to a letter by N. K. Krupskaya. [Editor's note]

My dear friend! We are sending back Grisha's letters and the French ones. The latter shows, to my great pleasure, that you had great influence on the French and left lasting traces.

Regarding Gilbo, we will wait for events; since no one invited him to be "editor," how did he himself slip into the editorial board?

We'll wait for Graber's answer to you and your explanations!

Your plan to arrange a French newspaper for us (!?), apart from "Sentinelle" (!?), is very unclear to me... Hm, hm...

Take from Gregory (if you haven't already) the article by George and mine on self-determination and Junius.

I press your hand and advise you and ask you to get treatment, so as to be completely healthy by winter. Go south, to the sun!!

Do you have "La Pensée," "Ce qu'il faut dire," "The Call"? I can send them.

Salut. Lenin
