[The Executive Committee of this organization consists of 14 persons, named by name:
A. Loria, professor, from Italy, T. Stauning from Denmark, Professor Walter Schücking from Ger
many, Professor Lammasch from Austria, G. Lowes
Dickinson from Great Britain, etc. Chairman — Dr. Dresselhuys — Holland.
The minimum program consists of 9 §§ — against annexations (§ 1), freedom of trade in the
colonies (S 3), arbitration court (§ 5 — permanent) — reduction of armaments (§ 7) — "effective" control by parliaments over foreign policy.] Contributors
Fried, Forel, Ponsonby, and other luminaries of "pacifism."

Arb[eits] -G[e]m[ein]- sch[a]ft eine halbe Politik treibt. "Sie will den
Pelz des Bären waschen, ohne ihn nass zu machen".... (die Scheidemänner werden den
Bären) "erlegen", "wenn es so weiter geht"...
For (für) "Schutzhaftgesetz" the rep[resentative]
of the S.-D. A.-G. in the com[mission] voted against, and the Fraction in the plenum for.
etc.
"Der Gipfel aller Halbheiten aber"... the reply of the Berlin com[rades] to the Gewaltstreich
with V[o]rw[ärts]: instead of a boycott — subscribe, but don't pay!!
They wanted to avoid the "Schein" of a boycott!
"Man will den Gegner nicht Brust an Brust niederringen, sondern ihn von hinten unterrennen. Das wird durch allerlei Kniffeleien u[nd]
Tifteleien begründet"....... supposedly legally it is more convenient for the strug[gle]... but these supposedly legal
conveniences are bought at the price of "poli tische Verwirrung der Massen".
