Better four?
Five theses: 1) S.D. of the oppressor nation, especially the so-called great powers, must demand the right to self-determination = the right of secession for the oppressed nations, defending this right not only in the legal, but especially in the illegal press and especially during wars. – 2) S.D. of the oppressed nations must demand the most complete, including organizational, merger, and not only rapprochement, of the workers of the oppressed nation with the workers of the oppressor nation. – 3) On the basis of these principles, the S.D. of all advanced countries of the 20th century, and especially of the great powers, must place at the head of the corner of their national policy the principle: “workers have no fatherland,” by no means denying the world-historical importance of the national liberation movement of the backward peoples of Eastern Europe and the colonies of Asia and Africa. – 4) S.D. of all countries must defend not the federal principle, not the formation of small states as an ideal, but all possible rapprochement of nations, the harm of any separation of nations, the harm of cultural-national autonomy, the benefit of democratic centralism, the benefit of the largest states and unions of states.

5th thesis: In view of the ABC elementary nature of thesis No. 1, its recognition by all democracy and by Marx + Engels (1848–1876), its confirmation by the experience of the war, – it is obligatory to treat S.D. who do not recognize this thesis as enemies of the proletariat, the worst deceivers, and to expel them from the party.
