The Zurich Congress of the Swiss Social Democratic Party took place on November 4, 1916. The main agenda items were: 1) Report of the Party Faction in the National Council (Swiss Parliament); 2) The issue of Financial Reform in Switzerland; 3) Attitude towards the decisions of the Cantonal Conference and 4) The party's attitude towards the Grütli Association and the revision of the party charter. Lenin addressed this congress with greetings from the Central Committee of the RSDLP (see Works, vol. XIX, p. 277).
