(1) We will write to Grisha, so that he proposes to the printer to publish a part (or issue) of the *Sotsial-Demokrat* Collection. That would be worthwhile. One could select censorable (from the French standpoint) articles for it. You should also write to him about this.

Are they not preparing their own collection?

(2) The question from Radek, about the reason for the “Bruch”** with Bukharin and Lyalin, must not be answered. We must first reach an understanding. Do you have a copy of the letter from the editorial board of the Central Organ (end of 1915 to Bukharin and Co.)? To hide behind Yuri on the question of self-determination is plain villainy.

(3) From Russia (from the Bureau of the Central Committee) they write that Bukharin and Co. are trying to establish their own connections with the P.C., bypassing the Bureau. Fine fellows, eh? They not only “inform” Radek, as you write, but are doing something a good deal worse.

(4) A reply has come from *Neue Zeit*: freie Exemplare*** are prohibited. I will subscribe for a quarter of a year.

(5) What themes are you taking for the Russian edition? ||| NB

(6) I await an answer as to exactly how much material there now is for the *Sotsial-Demokrat* Collection.
