№ 2. We vote in favor, in particular, because two French comrades have put forward an important consideration. Namely, they pointed to the extraordinary oppression of the workers in France, to the extreme corruption of their revolutionary phraseology, to the necessity of a slow and cautious transition to decisive tactics. However, in Europe as a whole, the enemy of the workers' movement is precisely opportunism.
