# TO V. A. KARPINSKY

Source: CW vol 49

Dear Comrade! Today I received the proofs (apparently, the last ones) and will send them off today. The order of articles has been sent, so I hope that the double issue (price 20 centimes) will soon be out. Drop me a line when exactly.

I am writing this express letter on such an urgent matter: very important (and favorable) news has come from Russia. We want to publish another issue of the Central Organ (two pages) immediately, so that it really comes out without delay*198*. If, against all expectations, it can be guaranteed this time that Kuzma and Kuzmikha will keep their promise (i.e., take it up at once and release it without the slightest delay), then telegraph: "Ga r a n t i"***. If not (which, of course, is more likely, since we know the unreliability of Kuzma despite your efforts), then telegraph (Seidenweg. 4a) "non"*.

Salut! Your Lenin
I will write about the report tomorrow.
