Olga writes that we must hurry up like anything with the
C.O.—otherwise Kuzma will take on other work!

Yet we have little material!! Scandalous!!

I am sending today a small article “On the Slogan for a United States
of Europe” direct to the printing shop (asking them to send the proofs to
you)—(written on the lines we discussed. We must be sure to correct the
mistake before the pamphlet comes out, and insert in the pamphlet a comment
on the
Manifesto [1]

).

[[

In the pamphlet I shall add the 1913 resolution on the national question.

]]]

I am sending you an article on the national programme (I would have
liked to rewrite it; it’s not the thing, I’m afraid; I would have preferred
to hold it over). [2]

Olga has 400 lines of copy+125 United States of Europe, and altogether the
issue will have 736 lines!!

Send Olga by Monday morning without fail (generally, by the first post ) some more material. I don’t think it’s worth giving
Quarck [3] alongside of your article.

[[ BOX:

No. 111 of Nashe Slovo had it. [4]

Was Braun in Nashe Slovo ?

Nadya made inquiries and says it was .

]]

We ought to have an article on Russia, if only a small one.

( I was ill and couldn’t work until yesterday.)

Regards to everybody, Yours, Lenin

P.S. Thanks for the pamphlets.

If there’s nothing else, send Golay to the C.O.

In the pamphlet you forgot to put in the figures of the number of
workers in “our” and the liquidators’ gubernias. Send them in .
