Dear Comrade!

We are terribly alarmed by the absence of news from you and proofs. Has the typesetter gone on a binge again? or taken on someone else's work again?? Now it is devilishly important to publish without delay (because there is an extremely essential and urgent material on the London Conference[^86]). For God's sake, answer quickly. That's one. 2) Accelerate the issue by all means. Hurry with the proofs. 3) Gather your group and employ together all measures to finally establish proper publication of the Central Organ. Really, these delays are impossible: they kill the desire to work!!
