If "Stoikaya Mysl'" No. 18 is sent from Petersburg, together with bourgeois newspapers from April 4 and 5, 1914, then this should be added as material to the Central Committee report (on the question of the liquidators' attitude toward the demonstration of April 4337). The report is being sent to Inessa.

Your most important duty and that of Vladimirsky (Inessa — speaker in French) — is to record as precisely as possible everything that is happening, especially the speeches of the Germans and especially Kautsky's — and to send a report on this to the Central Committee.

Demand a strict translation of everything into French and do not recognize (in this sense) the German language.
