# I. F. ARMAND. 12 JULY 1914

Source: CW vol 48

(i.e., the entire book) to the following address: rue du Beffroi, 2, A. Brussels, M. Jean Popoff. This is an extremely urgent matter that cannot wait a single minute. Send it by express, hire a messenger, and send it specifically to the Warsaw Station. I will immediately reimburse you for all expenses via a special transfer if you request it.

If there is the slightest possibility, I ask (this is such an important matter that it happens only once every two years) to gather additional materials (sets of "Pravda" and "Severny Rabochy" for the last two weeks, "Nasha Zarya," and gems of liquidationist literature; consult with the editor of "Trudovaya Pravda" 341). Include these in the same package. I hope you will not refuse. Articles by Bulkin and Martov in No. 3 of "Nasha Zarya," articles by Axelrod on party reform—i.e., revolution, "Stoykaya Mysl" No. 18, bourgeois newspapers from Petersburg for the evening of April 4, 1914, and the morning of April 5, 1914, articles about the bloc between the Narodniks and the liquidators in the insurance campaign. Include everything you can before the departure (evening, I believe) of the postal train on the Warsaw line.
