Re a joint or different delegations with the liquidators, I would
advise you not to decide that now, i. e., not to mention it. “The
delegates will decide themselves” [4] ( and we, of course, will make it two different ones: according to the Rules
of the International, we should first try a joint one, and if no agreement is reached, then the issue is decided by the distribution of
votes in the Bureau).

Re Kollontai’s report, I agree with you: let her remain, but not from
Russia. In the debates you will take the floor first or second.
