LETTER TO G. L. SHKLOVSKY
[Not earlier than December 4, 1913]
Dear G. L.! I am sending Popoff's letter. His address:
Mr. J. Popoff. 2. A. rue du Beffroi, 2 A. Bruxelles.
Belgien.
I gave him your address.

Please send him as soon as possible the documents he requested and those you find necessary (German with Russian translation).
Send a copy of Kautsky's letter, where he acknowledges, daß es "Rechtsfrage, keine politische Frage ist".
I am writing to Popoff about the absurdity of Vinck's arguments (return Popoff's letter to me immediately after reading and using it).
Let Zgraggen immediately write two words to Ducos that negotiations have begun by Popoff (his address) with Emile Vinck (I have requested his address from Popoff, you can telegraph it to Ducos upon receipt: for God's sake, don't waste time). It is extremely important that Ducos contact Vinck: the success now depends very much on this.
I earnestly ask you, dear G. L., to press on with all your might: you know that the party is penniless. Everything depends on this!
Yours Lenin
P. S. Greetings to the family!
