Dear Colleagues!

I am sending you the addresses of your London correspondents, who receive even newspapers, not to mention the honorarium (2 kopecks per line, as agreed).

1) Mr. Harrison. 35. Mornington Grescent.London. N.W.

2) Mr.Sh.Hegmer. Sea View. Westbourne GroveWestcliff on Sea Essex. England.

Please don't forget to put these addresses in the books and send a set of "For Truth" to both of them. Correspondents from London are needed, and you are pushing people away!!!!

About the fee and its delay, it is time, long ago, to raise the root question. It has been said thousands of times that it is the direct and unconditional duty of the office and the cashier to send money accurately - to all employees 2 kopeks per line (except paid employees by the months) once a week. You do not send money to the Londoners, Kamenev or the Parisians, and we are flooded with complaints (two monthly employees, i.e. me and Grigory 3[inoviev], have not been paid for a month).

I earnestly request that such manners be stopped and that they be paid accurately. Please inform me at once whether this will be done and when the money will be sent (1) to the Londoners; (2) to the Parisians; (3) to Kamenev; (4) to us. Otherwise you will make me complain officially to the publisher and raise an official question. If you do not want to reckon with the fact that you will be scolded for delayed payment and the sloppiness of the office from everywhere, then1*we will abdicate our responsibility in case we go to "measures" not usually required among colleagues.

Best greetings and request to keep the newspaper legal!!!

Yours V.I.
