You are the national secretary. No one is authorized to receive entry cards except you and Plekhanov.

Since I have written to Huysmans about you—Kameneff being his official name, along with your address and real name—I see no need to present the mandate unless absolutely necessary.

As for the substitute,* at least invite Maletsky, but instruct him to remain silent in your presence and request the floor only when discussing Polish matters. You should confide this arrangement exclusively to Huysmans.

I am sending two mandates for the delegation—feel free to choose whichever one you prefer.

A detailed letter outlining the delegation’s tasks, voting procedures, and related matters has been dispatched to Troyanovsky, who is to forward it to Yuri (Bekzadian, Bolleystra.e., No. 4, Zurich).

You were mercilessly criticized for your silence—but now, all is well!

Take the opportunity to ask Rubanovich whether Plekhanov ever broached the idea of a merger with the Socialist Revolutionaries.

Yours, Lenin

For the trip: 40 francs for the paper + 50. The KZO will cover the expenses out of its own funds.
