Dear friends! For heaven's sake, give us more connections. Connections, connections, connections, that is what we lack. Without this, everything is shaky. Remember, two have already left the scene, and there are no replacements for them; without connections, everything will fall apart from one or two new failures. It is absolutely necessary to create regional committees (or simply groups of trusted agents) connected with us for each region. Without this, everything is unstable. In the area of publishing, it is necessary to intensively reprint resolution No. 79 on elections, so that it is fully available everywhere and among the masses.

Regarding money, it is time to stop being naive with the Germans. Trotsky now reigns there and is waging a furious struggle. Be sure to send us a mandate to handle the matter in court, otherwise, we will get nothing. The May leaflet has already been sent everywhere. I advise you to publish a leaflet with an appeal to the peasants regarding the elections (from "Rabochaya Gazeta": peasantry and elections)*. Be sure to reprint the "Rabochaya Gazeta" feuilleton; it is a necessary addition to the platform, which omits a very important paragraph about socialism. Write! Connections, connections. Greetings.

P.S. In "Vorwärts," the most brazen lies are printed, such as the claim that all of Russia has already spoken out in favor of the Bund-Latvian conference. Trotsky and Co. write, and the Germans believe it. Generally, in "Vorwärts," Trotsky is the master. The foreign department is run by Hilferding - a friend of Trotsky.
