As members of the meeting, we, the undersigned, having learned of the decision by the Technical Commission{125} not to disburse funds to the school{126}, hereby declare that we regard this decision as directly unlawful and submit the following proposal for a vote among the members of the meeting: The members of the meeting resolve to allocate from available cash (or from held funds) the sum necessary for the school—according to the decision of the Party’s School Commission—for travel expenses and living costs, no later than September 1, 1911.
