According to the protocol on acceptance of property X, Y, Z from ....... 09 г.

the following remained to be paid to the Bolsheviks:

1) 7,739 rubles, constituting a personal donation by Elizaveta Pavlovna to cover the court fees in the case and

2) 3,840 rubleslei, for the 3 1/7 shares acquired by Yellizaveta Pavlovna, according to the proposal of the Bolshevik Center, and in all 11,579 rubles (eleven thousand five hundred and seventy-nine rubles).

After that it turned out, according to the lawyer's letters of November 6, 1909, and January 14, 1910, that there was still 11,707 rubles in my father's property undivided among the heirs. According to the proposal of Elizaveta Pavlovna the division of this inheritance was made on such a basis that the Bolsheviks could receive all that in this inheritance belonged to the late Nikolai Pavlovich. Of these 11,707 rubles, the Bolsheviks are to receive 1/4 part (according to the father's will, this sum was to be divided equally among his four heirs], including the late Nikolai Pavlovich). After the death of Nikolai Pavlovich, the money was divided among the 3 heirs, whereby Alexei renounced the surplus resulting from the death of Nikolai Pavlovich, and thus the entire share of the deceased was divided between the two sisters Yelizaveta Pavlovna and Ekaterina Pavlovna. In view of this, in addition to the above-mentioned two sums Elizaveta Pavlovna has to pay to the Bolsheviks a third sum, which is equal to half of the deceased's share from the above-mentioned inheritance of her father, i.e. 1462 rubles, and in total 13,041 rubles, and at the exchange rate of the day (265) = 34,558 fr. 65 ct.

Yel[izaveta Pavlovna timed the payment of her personal donation (7739 rubles) to the moment of the realization of her property and its transfer abroad and not later than in the spring of 1910. But due to circumstances beyond her control and without protest from anyone, this realization took place and the money was transferred abroad only in July 1911, when Yelizaveta Pavlovna applied to us with a statement of her readiness to hand over this money.

Elizaveta Pavlovna considers herself obliged from July 1911 to charge interest on the above sum (not counting 7739 rubles of personal donation). But we believe that these percentages are covered by those expenses (exchange Moscow - Geneva, Geneva - Paris; mailing for inscription of shares Moscow - Geneva, Geneva - Moscow; postal and telegraph expenses), which were incurred by Elizaveta Pavlovna. Only the sum of the net capital remains to be received, which amounts to 34,558 fr. 65 ct. The undersigned will receive this amount and will issue a receipt to that effect.
