Considering: – that the Bolshevik faction, since the restoration of party unity, has distinguished and consolidated the supporters of its political line always on questions that had already become the subject of general party discussion, and always through ideological struggle for its solution of these questions in the arena of the all-party — parallel platforms and discussion in party cells, at all-party congresses; – that only such a path guarantees both the consolidation of genuine like-minded comrades and the attraction to the faction of all elements substantially akin to it; – that also for the realization of our fundamental aim, for influencing the party in the interests of the ultimate triumph within it of the line of revolutionary social-democracy, the distinction of the Bolsheviks only in the all-party arena is the sole correct and sole expedient path; – that any other path – the path of convening special Bolshevik conferences and congresses – would inevitably lead to a split in the party from top to bottom and would deal an irreparable blow to that faction which would take upon itself the initiative of such a final split of the RSDLP; Considering all this, the enlarged editorial board of *Proletarii* resolves:

1) To warn all like-minded comrades against agitation for a specially Bolshevik congress, as agitation objectively leading to a split in the party and capable of dealing a decisive blow to that position already won in the party by revolutionary social-democracy.

2) To time the nearest Bolshevik conference with the next party conference, and the supreme assembly of the faction as a whole shall be the gathering of like-minded comrades at the nearest party congress.

3) In view of the important questions on the agenda, agitating the party and faction, the Bolsheviks in the Central Committee are charged with insisting on the possible acceleration of the convening of the all-party conference (within 2–3 months) and, subsequently, on the acceleration of the convening of the party congress.
