To F. M. KOIGEN

Personal to Ionov

October 10, 1909.

Dear comrade! Innokenty is currently staying in Geneva (temporarily). Find him through Minin (head of the library, V.I.I. Nosschschs gizze, I. Kie Biegepenz)—I don’t know his address. Talk to him about the matter you’ve written to me about, since written correspondence is not convenient here, while Innokenty is far better informed than I am about all organizational matters and more capable of sorting them out.209

By the way: I received an invitation from the Foreign Committee of the Bund to attend the trial. Unfortunately, I must decline—decisively. I hope this will not hinder your important undertaking (that is, the trial), in which you might have invited Innokenty—and in any case, you will not have trouble finding a replacement for me.

With fraternal greetings,

N. Lenin
