**A Factual Statement**

I state that in my speech on the organizational question, which was the only matter discussed today, I did not say and did not wish to say a single word either about the attitude of the Caucasians toward the "Voice of the Social-Democrat" or about the "Voice of the Social-Democrat" in general. Therefore, in beginning his speech with the declaration that at the present time there are no disagreements between the Caucasians and the "Voice of the Social-Democrat" on this question, comrade Petr of Tiflis entirely without foundation mentioned my name. As concerns the previous discussions, I spoke only of those disagreements between certain members of the editorial board of the "Voice of the Social-Democrat" and the Caucasians, which came to light at the August meeting of the Plenum of the Central Committee in 1908.
