This document represents three stages of Lenin's work on materials for studying the data of the German agricultural census of 1907, collected in his notebook "German Agrarian Statistics" (see this Collection, pp. 202-266). The first stage is a general plan for processing these data from 13 topics (0-12). The second stage is the first article "The Capitalist Structure of Modern Agriculture", in which Lenin exhausted the first five (0-4) points (themes) of the general plan. The third stage is the plan of the second article consisting of five points (themes). The time of Lenin's work on this plan as a whole is determined by the period of compiling his materials on German agrarian statistics based on the 1907 census, i.e., it refers to 1910-1913.
This and the following notes in the margins on the left, opposite individual points of the general plan, indicate the numbering and size of the corresponding chapters of the article "The Capitalist Structure of Modern Agriculture" (Article I) (see "Lenin Miscellany" XIX, pp. 359-376), written by Lenin based on this plan. Roman numerals (I-VII) denote the chapters of this article, Arabic numerals (1-87) in circles and in parentheses denote the pages of the article's manuscript, where the corresponding points (themes) of the general plan are outlined. The left column of numbers in the numbering of points in the general plan, written in blue pencil, coincides with the numbering of the chapters of the article and indicates the use of the corresponding points of the plan in this article.
The note in blue pencil in the margins: "I + II (1", referring to the 2nd and 3rd points of the plan, indicates that these issues, in addition to chapters IV and V, are also touched upon in chapters I and II of the article.

See pp. 274-297 of this Collection.
The reference to 1895 denotes a comparison with the data of the German agricultural census of 1895.
Lenin refers to two works by N. Drechsler: "Die bäuerlichen Zustände in einigen Theilen der Provinz Hannover" ("Schriften des Vereins für Sozialpolitik". XXIV. 1883. Bäuerliche Zustände in Deutschland. Berichte, veröffentlicht vom Verein für Sozialpolitik. Dritter Band) and "Die Vertheilung des Grundbesitzes und der Viehhaltung im Bezirke des landwirtschaftlichen Kreisvereins Göttingen" ("Landwirtschaftliche Jahrbücher", hrgb. von Dr. H. Thiel. XV. Band. 1886) - G. Drechsler: "The position of the peasantry in some parts of the province of Hanover" ("Writings of the Society for Social Policy". XXIV. 1883. "The position of the peasantry in Germany. Reports published by the Society for Social Policy". Volume Three) and "The distribution of landownership and livestock breeding in the district of the Göttingen district agricultural society" ("Agricultural Yearbooks", edited by Dr. H. Thiel. Volume XV. 1886).
This is a plan for the second article on Germany, envisioned by Lenin as a continuation of the article "The Capitalist Structure of Modern Agriculture".
This is a list of statistical tables presented by Lenin in the article "The Capitalist Structure of Modern Agriculture" (Article One), indicating the pages of the manuscript on which the tables are located (see "Lenin Miscellany" XIX, pp. 365, 369, 371, 374).
