The Bolshevik Resolution on the State Duma [1]

In publishing this draft resolution, we invite the impar tial reader to say
whether this draft provides any excuse for playing with words like
“anarchism”, “Blanquism”, etc. Furthermore, which resolution has been justified by expe rience: the one adopted by the Congress,
or this one? Is it not clear now that none but indirect use can be made of the
Duma? Is it not clear now which of these two resolu tions more directly meets
genuine revolutionary democracy, and more correctly appraises
“Cadetism” as it has manifested itself in practice, in the Duma?
