Note that in his letter to Jaurès (Humanité, 7 VI 05)¹ Mr. Struve speaks of the victory of the revolution over the government, etc. (as the leader of the party of Constitutional Democrats)..... And at the same time.... Nicholas II can quite peacefully settle everything: summon the zemstvo men to power.
