Not to retreat from the task of "organizing the revolution" and carrying out (and launching) the uprising, but rather to emphasize precisely these tasks and prepare for them.

7. "Wartime". Hundreds of circles, a tenfold multiplication of diverse tasks, learning from events, learning in war, the heightened significance of leadership, organization of leaders…
