now too much attention must be paid to this. Abroad we are already having to partly close down the shop (propaganda literature) — soon we will close it completely and open one in Petersburg.

In preparing for the uprising, I would advise preaching immediately and everywhere, in the broadest possible way, the formation of masses, hundreds and thousands of autonomous combat detachments, very small ones (from three people), which would arm themselves with whatever they could and prepare themselves in every way. The moment of the uprising I would, I repeat, gladly postpone until spring, but of course it is difficult for me to judge from afar.
