RESOLUTION ON THE PUBLICATION OF A NOTICE ABOUT THE III CONGRESS
AND INSTRUCTIONS TO THE COMMISSION FOR PUBLICATION
OF THE CONGRESS MINUTES *.
[May 18, 1905]

The Congress instructs the Central Committee to immediately begin publishing
a brief notice about the III Congress with the full text of the program,
statutes, and resolutions.
The Congress instructs the Central Committee to expedite the publication
of this notice by all means.
The Congress instructs the commission for the publication of the Congress minutes to:
1) determine definitively what under no circum
stances should be published; 2) determine in what manner and to what
extent members of the party should be acquainted with the unpublished
part of the minutes of the III Congress;
3) make
the necessary abridgements for publication, exclusively pertaining to debates
on the order of the meeting or on rejected minor amendments to
resolutions.
1 In the resolution adopted by the Congress, after the words "not subject"
the following was added: "for conspiratorial reasons."
