¹ At the third session of the congress, reports by Central Committee members Krasin and Bogdanov were discussed, as well as the question connected with these reports concerning the legitimacy of the congress. Lenin carefully notes the beginning of each speaker's remarks. During Volkov's (Avilova's) speech, Lunacharsky submitted a proposal to close the list of speakers, and Lenin did not note the exact beginning of his speech (see Protocols pp. 66-76).
