Comrades! In response to your resolution on the desirability of forming an Organization Committee of the Majority, we hasten to inform you that we fully share your idea. We would only prefer to call the group not an OC, but a Bureau of Committees of the Majority. We do not consider it possible to take upon ourselves the appointment of the BCM, and we limit ourselves to recommending comrades Martyn, Demon and Co., Baron, Sergei Petrovich, Felix and Lebedev, who (as you know) have in fact begun the work of uniting the committees of the majority. We think that, provided direct support from several committees, these comrades could act as a private group uniting the activities of supporters of the majority.
