In Petersburg there is a branch of the Moscow Zubatov workers' society, with the same charter (workers in mechanical production) and partly even with the same personnel—that is, with those who previously worked in the Petersburg Zubatov society (Ushakov, Starozhilov and Gorshkov, Pikunov and Mokhnatkin, Nikiforov and others). This society is under the patronage of Litvinov-Falinsky, Chizhov, Langovy. There is urgent recommendation for extreme caution in dealings with this society in view of the enormous danger of provocateurs. This society has now turned slightly to the left, but it serves the bourgeoisie and the police entirely.
