The majority holds the leadership, as the congress decided, and they will strive for this at the congress, but they find it necessary to guarantee certain rights for the minority. The committees of St. Petersburg and Moscow have already joined the Riga resolution.

This is the state of affairs.

Bear in mind that we have already been disbanded [288], and therefore, if you want your letters to reach their destination, address them: personal for Shalko. I am sending new addresses for correspondence.

We hope that you will provide every support to the publications of the majority.

It would be good if a corresponding resolution were adopted on this matter. Send correspondences and all kinds of materials.

Your previous letter remains unopened. Let us know which key it was written with; although it is outdated, it still has interest. Do you know how things are in Yekaterinoslav and Odessa? The minority is spreading rumors that the Odessa committee has withdrawn the resolution on the congress. There have been no letters from there for a long time, but the report seems unlikely. Inform us about the situation with Gritsko. We send our regards.

P. S. All the latest news will be sent to you soon.
