The Central Committee in the Party Council. Until such verification, I consider all official steps of Comrade Glebov (and participation in the Council is also an official step) to be illegal.

I will confine myself to pointing out one obvious untruth and one inaccuracy in the “verification” of the Central Committee composition carried out by three members of the Central Committee at their “meeting”… July. 1) Regarding the resignation of Mitrofanov, I have a written statement from Comrade Osipov. About Travinsky’s resignation I have never had a written unconditional statement from anyone. The three members of the Central Committee at the very least prematurely accepted the resignation, without questioning the other members. 2) Regarding the notorious resignation of Comrade Osipov, I have a written communication from Central Committee member Vasilyev about his dispute with Comrade Valentin and the decision to consider the dispute at a general meeting of the Central Committee. About Osipov’s resignation I also have no communication whatsoever. The statement of the 3 Central Committee members that Osipov formally announced his withdrawal at the previous regular meeting of the Central Committee is an obvious lie, refuted documentarily by the agreement of 26.V.04, which is signed by Zverev and Glebov. In this agreement, which took place months after the “previous regular meeting of the Central Committee” and after Osipov had allegedly joined the St. Petersburg Committee, the composition of the Central Committee is recognized as consisting of 9 members, i.e., including Osipov.
