...it would be considered expedient if the editorial board were acquainted with the surnames of Messrs. N., M., R., and others, or, at least, if the editorial board had clarified the reasons why publication of these surnames is undesirable. Could we also learn precisely the present place of service of Mr. Petrovsky, his first name and patronymic, and the time of his transfer from Bobruisk (?)?
