State-owned land from its territories: 69.3% forest (100 million desyatinas in Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Olonets, and Perm provinces). 28.1% unproductive land and 2.6% productive {less than 4 million desyatinas}

Three northern provinces (Arkhangelsk, Olonets, Vologda) belong almost entirely to the state (97, 93, and 83% of provincial territory). Two eastern provinces (Perm and Vyatka) — half (51 and 48%). In these five provinces 1,337 million desyatinas of state land (= 88½% of state lands).
