[Munich].
Am I not showering you with letters, dear G.V.?
It seems I am bombing you daily.
I sent you the article "The Present-Day Industrial Crisis" 1). In my opinion, it's not bad and could go into *Zarya*, after slight revisions. Please read it as soon as you have a free moment and cast your vote. If you approve, we will set it to typesetting very soon (in about 1½ weeks), so that Dietz's printing house isn't idle.
Maybe Koltsov (Ginzburg) wouldn't refuse to help correct this article, if necessary?
On the question of printing the documents of the "majority" congress 2) the majority has already spoken in favor of immediate printing
(Velika Dmitrievna Zasulich], KlyumsnFeld, two Berlin members and me,
i.e. five out of us nine — six editors and three administrators).
So, the question is *regesta*.
Let Boris Abramovich]
[Koltsov-Ginzburg] hurry, as much as possible.
Don't you have a spare copy of the Russian edition of "What Is To Be Done?"
We don't have a single one. Please send one.
Yours, Frey.
1)
This refers to Finn-Yenotayevsky's article. The article was evidently not approved by the editors of *Zarya*.
2)
After the split at the congress of the "Union of Russian Social Democrats" on October 5, 1901, when the Iskra-ites left the congress, two organizations—the foreign group of *Iskra* and *Zarya* and the Revolutionary organization *Social-Democrat*—united into one organization, the "Foreign League of Russian Revolutionary Social-Democracy," while the group *Borba* began its separate publishing activity. Immediately after the formation of the "League," a "Declaration on the unification of *Social-Democrat* and the Foreign Organization of *Iskra* and *Zarya* into the 'Foreign League of Revolutionary Social-Democracy'" was issued, and the documents relating to the work of the congress were decided to be published separately in a brochure. It was published in December 1901 under the title: "Documents of the Unification Congress." Vladimir Ilyich is referring to this brochure.

Plekhanov's article from *Zarya* No. 2-3. This refers to a separate publication of this article on thin paper for sending to Russia.
