19. XI. 01.

However, I'm giving you no peace with my letters, dear G. V.! It seems I'm bombarding you daily.

I sent you an article "The Contemporary Industrial Crisis"*. In my view, it's quite decent and could go into No. 4 of *Zarya*, after some minor revisions. Please read it as soon as you have a free moment and cast your vote. If you approve, we'll send it to press very soon (in about 1½ weeks), so that Dietz's printing house doesn't stand idle. Perhaps Koltsov won't refuse to help polish this article if necessary?

On the question of publishing documents from the Congress, the majority has already spoken in favor of immediate publication (Vel. Dm., Blumenfeld, two Berlin members and myself, i.e., five of us nine — six editors and three administrators). That means the question is decided. Let B. Abr. hurry as much as possible.

Do you have a spare copy of the Russian edition of "What Next?"? We don't have a single one. Please send it.

Your Frey
