Thanks for the newspapers. Within the next few days I shall send you
Iskra No. 2—also strictly in secret.

Could you make an inquiry at the
Nakanune [2] office. A sum of money and three postage stamps
were sent there (in the name of Dr. K. Lehmann) as far back as
October 31 to pay for the mailing of the paper. But not a word has
been heard from them since then!

Please send me a copy of the protest against the drafting of students
for military service. It would be interesting to compare it with the article on the subject in Iskra
No. 2. [1]
