Dear P. B.!

Just now, a letter has come from our common friend, who writes that everything is arranged.

Finally, the matter will go "steadily" forward! He very much asks you to send (to me) as soon as possible the passport of Nusperli* (or Husperli? It's not clear, but of course, you know) 73.

Tomorrow, the 27th, he begins the typesetting, and therefore, it can be hoped that in about two weeks (or a little more) everything will be fully ready. Therefore, it would be very important for all the material to be available in a week, including your foreign chronicle. I hope this deadline will not force you to cut anything short, as probably, you do not have much left. V. I. is writing today to G. V. to urge on the one writing about the Paris Congress**. References to his article (if you make them), of course, can be made even before receiving his article.

I shake your hand firmly and wish you full health.

Yours, Petrov
P.S. Today, I am sending the manuscript (G. V.)*** to Dietz. Hopefully, things will move decisively there too. It's time!
